Über die Veranstaltung

Join us for this special deep-dive workshop, which will be a 2.5-hour immersive experience that includes a half-hour sound bath for integration. We'll be working with a mix of live instruments and an electronic soundscape to take you on a journey into your body.

Using the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System©, a gentle yet profound therapeutic modality, we'll combine conscious connected breath, movement, sound, emotional release, touch, and integration. By engaging in a continuous breathing pattern, movement, and organic vocal expression, you'll have the space to release any stuck energy, stress, and tension.

We'll also work on cultivating resilience in the nervous system and finding your internal resources so you can cultivate a feeling of safety within. Bodywork techniques will be applied during the session to help stimulate deep therapeutic release.

We offer a two-tier pricing structure depending on your income:

Humble price 30 €

Real price 40 €

About the facilitators:

Daniel Miceli is a storyteller, ritualist, certified BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release® practitioner and student of Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry®. They have over ten years of experience facilitating plant medicine ceremonies and a background in immersive storytelling and ritual theater; weaving together diverse modalities to create safe and sacred spaces for personal and collective healing journeys - helping their clients work through past traumas and connect to their inner-wisdom.

Ella Indigo is trained in Somatic Psychotherapy, BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® as well as various Massage techniques. She sees the body as the soul's translator into the visible and is fascinated by the healing intelligence that lives in the cells and structures of the body, especially the autonomic nervous system. Her passion is to bring awareness to the unconscious, repressed parts that cause limitations inside her clients and to lovingly call them back home.

Mayiia is a multifaceted artist based in Berlin, whose creative explorations encompass singing, composing, and playing the Handpan. With a solid Jazz background, she has been delving into a variety of sounds and instruments for more than a decade, always seeking new avenues of expression. Whether it's through spoken word, improvised soundscapes, or soulful melodies, Mayiia's voice is a conduit for a vast range of emotions and experiences, shaped by diverse music styles and cultures from around the globe. Beyond her performances, she is also a skilled guide for sound journeys and meditations, using her extensive knowledge to help people connect with themselves on a deeper level.
