BIODYNAMIC BREATHWORK ODYSSEY by Daniel, Ella & Arnau

For this special deep-dive and two-hour workshop, we will be working with a mix of live instruments and an electronic soundscape for an immersive experience and journey into the body.

BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System© is a gentle yet profound therapeutic modality combining conscious connected breath, movement, sound, emotional release, touch, and integration.

By working with a continuous breathing pattern while engaging in movement and organic vocal expression, the space will open to the process and release any stuck energy, stress, and tension.

We will work on cultivating resilience in the nervous system and finding your internal resources so you can cultivate a feeling of safety within. Bodywork techniques will be applied during the session to help stimulate deep therapeutic release.
